Reusing Worksheets

by Smockity Frocks on April 29, 2008

Once, at a homeschool book fair, I saw a fancy clipboard with a plexiglass overlay that allowed for the reusing of worksheets. The worksheet could be slipped under the plexiglass, and the answers could be written with an overhead marker on the overlay and later wiped off.

I don’t remember how much that thing was, but I know that a gallon size zip lock bag is a whole lot cheaper and works the same way. Just slip the worksheet into the bag and use an erasable marker, the kind used on overhead projectors.

That’s what works for me when I want to use the same worksheet over and over. Check out my other Works For Me posts and then go to Rocks In My Dryer for more tips.

Hey! That’s pretty smart!

We do this too, but with page protectors! Saves so much money, doesn’t it?

What a fantastic idea! I was wondering, do you homeschool all your children at the same time, or do you break it into age groups? Also, what curriculum do you like the best? I am toying with the idea of homeschooling my sons and have some time to think about it, so I thought would hear ideas from other home schooling moms. thanks!

That is very clever! I like laura in ky’s idea too to use sheet protectors. Now I can stop wasting precious time and money laminating things!

What a great idea! And I imagine that the clip board wouldn’t be too bad to make yourself either. :) You could even decorate one special for each of your kids. :)

Oh I LOVE it! And not only is it resourceful, I have a good feeling my oldest will find it very FUN too! :)
