I don’t remember where I got this recipe for fried chicken coating, but I use frequently to the delight of my family.
I have used it to coat chicken, pork chops, chopped sirloin (for chicken fried steak), and even potato wedges.
If using meat, soak in buttermilk and egg mixture for several hours. Then, dredge in the mixture and pan fry.
Fried Chicken Coating
2 cups flour
2 Tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

I’m so excited to try your recipe for fried chicken and gravy. We’ve used packets of gravy for a long time but the more “real” things I can make for my family the better.
By the way I love to see you switch into mom mode mid video. Helps me know that my life with 4 kids is normal.
God Bless!
