Pineapple Jerky

I was recently contacted by Jerky.com to see if I would like to review their new product, pineapple jerky.

Since I like fruit, and I LOVE free, I said, “Why, sure! Send some my way!” and sure enough they did.

The package came in the mail this week and the vultures kids were excited to rip right into it.

The first thing I noticed was the short ingredients list on the label. There were only two words, and they were “pineapple, honey”.

The second thing I noticed was the voices of my children saying, “Can I have some more, Mommy? Mommy? Can I? Please, Mommy? Is there any more? I want some more, Mommy. Can I, Huh, Mommy?”

I believe that means we’ll give it nine thumbs up.

And then I’ll reteach the difference between “can” and “may”.

  1. On Friday I bought some dried pineapple for the children to snack on, then was very disappointed later when I read the label to discover that it had sugar and two different food colorings in it. This sounds really great. Now if jerky.com could offer this at a reasonable price so that us common folks could afford it, it would be even cooler!

  2. Sounds yummy!
