Our family loves corn on the cob.
Whenever we have it, the kids enjoy pitching in to remove the husks and silk.
Then, I spread liberal amounts of butter on each ear and sprinkle on parsley and garlic salt before wrapping with foil.
Place ears in a roasting pan and roast at 350 for 40 minutes.

Yum! In South Africa they are sold on the road side after being roasted on a fire (complete with the husks). Yours look more yummy

Mmmm…. we are growing corn in our garden. This looks so good! Our grocery store has ears on sale 4/$1, so I don’t think I’m going to wait on the ones in the garden before I try this!
