Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob

by Smockity Frocks on May 19, 2009

Our family loves corn on the cob.

Whenever we have it, the kids enjoy pitching in to remove the husks and silk.

Then, I spread liberal amounts of butter on each ear and sprinkle on parsley and garlic salt before wrapping with foil.

Place ears in a roasting pan and roast at 350 for 40 minutes.

DELICIOUS!

Yum! In South Africa they are sold on the road side after being roasted on a fire (complete with the husks). Yours look more yummy ;)

Mmmm…. we are growing corn in our garden. This looks so good! Our grocery store has ears on sale 4/$1, so I don’t think I’m going to wait on the ones in the garden before I try this!
