Back to School (Nature Study)

by Smockity Frocks on September 9, 2009

One thing I love about homeschooling is that we can set our own schedule.

Since my husband worked over the Labor Day weekend, we went ahead with our school schedule, which included Saturday and Monday.

He got his regular day off today, while everyone else was back at work and school, so look what we did.

We had the entire river to ourselves!

We photographed this previously undiscovered (by us) dinosaur footprint.

And this rare twenty-one month old beauty.

Love the pictures! That looks like so much fun. We are studying dinosaurs now and hope to visit sometime in October:)

I have read SO MANY blogs of homeschoolers doing fun stuff when everyone else goes back to school. We really need to do that. Especially since we've been at it for almost 6 weeks now!

Love the pics!
