I think I'm a fan, but have no idea what that means. Does it mean I get status updates from you? I've joined a couple of clubs and never can find them! One thing at a time, I guess.

Yes, you will see status updates from Smockity Frocks on your Facebook feed. Sometimes my fans chat on there, too.
