Connie, you have really been an encouragement this new year! When Jan 4th got here and I still hadn't started daily reading with my chronological Bible I was getting kind of down. However, with your blog, a new devotional book i recently received, and bible class, I can see improvements in my daily life just by having this mindset of daily reading. I don't always get it accomplished but overall I'm really feeling better about my priorities and my daily reliance on God.

I'm in 2 Bible studies and this is how I get all my homework done! I always have my Bible and homework in the car so I can work on it as I have time. I've been keeping up with my 90 day challenge and am already making plans to do it again this summer. I don't know why I haven't been doing this my whole life. What a waste. I'm such an avid reader. It's a pity I've spent so many hours reading other things and so few comparatively on the Bible.

Thought I'd take your advice and read while my daughter is in an activity, Except she wasn't signed up for anything.
So I signed her up for swimming lessons (She learns to swim before summer. I get more Bible reading time guilt-free. We both win.)
And then I found out my neighbor (whom I rarely get to see) has her daughter in the same class. Hmm. Guess I won't be reading then. ! :) (Good thing I like her!!! And my daughter still gets to learn how to swim, and even with her friend!)
So... I'll still be rising early to read, I guess.
