Win an Adorable Necklace!

by Smockity Frocks on March 16, 2010

I got this adorable in the mail from Janelle at Sodderbug.

She offered to put anything at all, including photos in the frame (which is roughly the size of a quarter) on either side, and I just love how this turned out!

Now, she wants to give one of my readers a chance to win a necklace just like this one with your choice of picture or saying!

I’ll draw a winner on Saturday, March 20th. and you can enter multiple times! Leave a separate comment for each entry.

And don’t forget to come back here Thursday for the live blogging day of 4 Moms, 35 Kids – How Moms of Many Manage!

I would pick a picture of my daughter whose adoption we’re working on with my Bible verse for her on the back.

It is so hard to choose. I would love one for me with my mom on it (she passed away 2 years ago) and “To thine own self be true” on the back. It was her favorite saying. Or one for my mother-in-law with her chihuahua on it Coco, she just died at 21 years old! Or maybe one for my future sister-in-law with her and my brother-in-law and their wedding date. Or one of my kids. Can’t I just win 4? LOL

I like that she puts something on both sides!

Kara March 16, 2010 at 8:45 am

I think I’d pick a scripture verse or line from a favorite song:)

I would put a picture of my kids on one side and a verse on the other. thanks

Wow! They are stunning. I think I would put a family picture on one side and our family verse on the other. We move around quite a bit with my husband’s job (WA, DE, OK, WI three times), so our family verse is “in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.” :) Or maybe I should have a map of the U.S. on one side and the verse on the other! :)

I would have a photo of my kids on the front and then the verse Col. 3:17 – Do everything in the name of Jesus . . . giving thanks to Him.

Holly March 16, 2010 at 5:15 pm

That’s really sweet!

Connie, how much longer do you have until the baby is due? May? I forget….

Maybe a preggo picture? :)

Smockity Frocks March 16, 2010 at 5:53 pm

@Holly, I’m due June 1, our 25th wedding anniversary. :o )

For a preggo pic, just imagine a potato with feet. And hair. But not at the same end. Cause that would be weird.

Sarah March 16, 2010 at 5:47 pm

I would choose a necklace, but I’m not sure yet what I would put in it–probably my husband. :)

Yay. Not very long! :)

And I doubt very much the potato thing. I’m sure you are absolutely adorable. With hair, and feet. On opposite ends. :)

Rebecca March 17, 2010 at 7:42 am

Of course, I would use a picture of my kids on one side, not sure about the other side, probably a Bible verse.
thanks for the giveaway!

I used to have a personal motto, but since becoming a christian and my life changing for the better, that motto has also changed.

Now I think I’d put my favourite bible verse on it.
