Making chocolate covered mint leaves is super easy!

We have had mint growing in our flower beds in our last two homes. I love having it near the door so I can smell the fresh fragrance whenever I come and go.

Another thing I love about the mint leaves is how easy it is to pick a hand full to garnish iced tea glasses or to dip in chocolate as a garnish for dessert. It is a quick and easy way to pretty up a table.

How to make chocolate covered mint leaves:

  1. [3]Pick a few leaves.
  2. Melt some chocolate.
  3. Dip  the leaves.
  4. Lay them on wax paper and put them in the freezer for a few minutes to harden.
  5. Garnish your dessert plates.
