Our family loves this oven fried pork chops recipe and I serve it at least twice a month.
It is super simple and yummy to boot! You’ll need:
- 2/3 Cup Bisquick (I use plain flour if I don’t have any.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- pork chops
- Melt the butter on a cookie tray in a 425 oven.
- Mix Bisquick (or flour), paprika, salt, and pepper in a dish.
- Coat the pork chops.
- Bake 25 min. Turn and bake 15min. longer. (Since various cuts of pork chops vary in thickness, I alter this depending on thickness. Thin cut pork chops will be overdone at this length.)
