Gingerbread House Party and Candy Land Giveaway

by Smockity Frocks on December 13, 2010

Hasbro, through MyBlogSpark, recently provided me with a “party in a box”. They sent me everything I needed to have a fun party and give away 15 of these newly designed Candy Land games.

We decided the best way to celebrate the Candy Land makeover was to have a gingerbread house party. (See my directions for making super simple gingerbread houses.)

The kids had a ball decorating gingerbread houses and everyone went home with a brand new game. (I gave the remaining games to “Toys For Tots”.)

If you would like to win a brand new Candy Land game, just like the one above, simply leave a comment on this post, and you’ll be entered in the drawing.

As a mom of 10 children, ages 26 years down to 15 months, I have watched this game “evolve” through the years. But one thing has stayed the same; it’s inherently sweetness. We’ve had this game several different times, but not currently. My five year old daughter would love to win!

Started watching the video and my little one runs in here “Candyland?!? I LOVE Candyland!!” Then when Connie was asking the kids who had fun and wanted a candyland game, she’s jumping up and down saying “I do!” Definitely cute. =)
