Crustless Quiche Recipe

Since we are getting 15-20 eggs per day from our laying hens  and ducks, and one of us is experimenting with gluten free recipes because of a suspected wheat intolerance, this is the perfect dish for us!
We double this and often have it for dinner. It goes great with a side dish of hashbrowns!
Combine eggs and milk. Beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the middle is set.
