Free Online Quilting Class

by Smockity Frocks on February 17, 2012

*I just checked and it looks like the quilting class may no longer be available. You can still get great deals on crafting supplies and choose other classes on knitting, crocheting, jewelry making, handmade chocolates, sugared flowers, and more. <–Use that link if the quilting class is still unavailable.

My 16 year old Madison made this quilt for this year’s 4-H Family Living show. It took second place, so she was a tad disappointed, but determined to make a better one next year.

That’s why I am super excited about this FREE, year long, online quilting course! We are definitely signing up for this!

This class teaches the students to make 2 brand new quilt block designs, and they end up at the end of the course with a full size quilt. The videos are interactive, so students can ask questions, plus they can be viewed as many times as needed and whenever convenient.

If you are at all interested in learning how to make a quilt, increasing your quilt making skills, or entering a project in a craft fair, like 4-H, sign up for this free instructional quilt making course!

The sign up is so simple, just an email and password.

*I am an affiliate for this course. If you are a blogger and think your readers might like this offer, sign up with Escalate Network.

Ok, so you think the online class is no longer available? :(
I will check out the links you posted….

I want my girls and I to learn to quilt. I bought a book with instructions to make a small quilt. I would also like to attend a quilting class at our local sewing store as soon as it fits into our schedule.

The quilt your daughter made is so pretty. Good job!

Your daughter’s quilt is beautiful! I’m hoping I can make one half as nice. I was able to sign up for the course too, so maybe they opened it up for more people.
